Nick Khamsopa

Nick Khamsopa brings over 35 years of experience spanning construction management, government contracting, and financial structuring. He began his career through a five-year carpentry union apprenticeship, rising rapidly to Foreman and Superintendent overseeing high-rise commercial and residential projects throughout Manhattan. By 2007 he was engaged in leveraged housing initiatives along the East Coast. Following the 2009 financial crisis, he pivoted to national high-speed rail infrastructure — co-authoring a white paper presented to the Obama administration in 2017 and later advising under Governor Cuomo’s administration on green-bond-financed transit-oriented development for New York State.

James Pacciarelli

James Pacciarelli is a senior executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services sector. He serves as Executive Director of Digital Innovation at KPMG US, where he has led enterprise-scale transformation, risk management, and governance initiatives for global financial institutions. As COO of Hudson Housing Lifestyle, James provides strategic oversight across development planning, organizational structure, and long-term growth.

James Fitzpatrick

James Fitzpatrick brings over 15 years as a journeyman in Local 1 Elevator Constructors Union, combined with deep expertise in real estate investment and repositioning. He founded JMJ Family Real Estate LLC. He specializes in distressed asset acquisitions, value-add acquisitions, and community-focused developments across the Hudson Valley.

Edward DeLaPaz

Edward DeLaPaz brings more than 40 years of experience across the private sector, government service, and global initiatives. A former Design Director at an ENR Top 200 Architecture and Engineering firm, Ed has led major public-private partnerships, transit-oriented development projects, and sustainable infrastructure programs. He is a co-architect of the HHL founding vision and leads long-term sustainability and infrastructure strategy.

James Colgan

James Colgan is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey with deep expertise in the Hudson Valley market. He leads HHL’s site acquisition, market intelligence, and municipal relationship efforts across the active pipeline.
